After more than 100 years in the centre of Mainz, Gebr. Alexander has raised a new workshop in Mainz Hechtsheim for the further development of their own high quality standards. "The new manufactory is not aiming to increase throughput but to advance quality to a new level", Philipp Alexander, the managing director of the enterprise explains, "we produce musical instruments in the new manufactory under excellent conditions with a fundamentally improved work-flow.

Any musical instrument in our workshop used to dipsy-doodle from workstation to workstation. Now all production steps are streamlined. Each of our products profits from this in its production quality.

Of course we miss our old, picturesque work rooms. But with our new manufactory we have laid the foundation to be able to satisfy our extremely high demands in the future."
